GLOBAL EXIM GROUP Strengthens Commercial Cooperation with the Government of Turkmenistan

GLOBAL EXIM GROUP continues to expand its footprint in the global energy and commodities markets by strengthening its commercial operations with the Government of Turkmenistan. The Group has achieved significant progress toward a landmark commercial agreement with the Turkmen Ministry of Energy, marking an important step in long-term regional and international energy cooperation.

Tranche-Based Agreement for Energy and Fertilizer Supply

The upcoming agreement is structured under a tranche-based commercial framework, enabling phased execution and performance-based scaling. Under this structure, GLOBAL EXIM GROUP will undertake the purchase of natural gas and other energy products, alongside the acquisition of a substantial share of agricultural fertilizer products, with a primary focus on urea 45.

The value of the first contractual tranche is set at USD 1 billion, while the total projected value of all contractual tranches is expected to reach USD 10 billion. This phased approach allows both parties to optimize operational efficiency, manage risk, and scale volumes in alignment with market demand.

Performance Benchmark and Logistical Optimization

The execution of the first tranche will serve as a performance benchmark between GLOBAL EXIM GROUP and the Turkmen Ministry of Energy. This initial phase is designed not only to validate commercial and operational processes, but also to enhance logistical efficiency, including the establishment of reliable connectivity with seaports in neighboring countries.

These logistics enhancements are expected to strengthen regional supply chains and support seamless exports to international markets.

Strong Demand from Asian Markets

China and India are among the most important end markets for this agreement. Purchase orders from these markets already exceed three times the volume of products currently available, reflecting strong demand for Turkmen energy and fertilizer products.

According to detailed market studies conducted by GLOBAL EXIM GROUP, actual demand exceeds ten times the volume of the targeted first tranche, highlighting the strategic importance of this agreement and the significant growth potential for future tranches.

A Strategic Step Toward Long-Term Energy Cooperation

This developing partnership with the Government of Turkmenistan underscores GLOBAL EXIM GROUP’s commitment to building long-term, scalable energy and commodities platforms that connect producers with high-demand global markets. Through disciplined execution, robust logistics, and strong international customer demand, the Group continues to position itself as a trusted partner in large-scale cross-border trade.
